Life-Center
You may ask me "What is life-center?" but some of you may familair and even known how to deal with it. Of course, I just want to add some more interesting facts about it.
If you want to know what is your life-center then think about what you can't live without, what you really need, what you spend most of your time on. So life-center is about everythins.
If you are spending too much time on facebook then you are probably a facebok-center. If you are spending time with your girlfriend or boy friends too much then you are becomeing a boyfriend/girlfriend-center.
Talking about friend-center, it is such a big thing in my life and maybe in your life as well. I think maybe no one can live without friends. Everyone prefer to be part of the group, have lots of people to go with and so on. I remember when i was stuying at high school, i had a lot of friends and lots of sport groups. We do things together, playing sport, and everything. Everyone though that we will be friend forever, but infact not. After graduated, everyone has their own direction, I have my own job, university and they have their. We seldom call each other and rarely see. Finally, most of my friends end up with no connection.
So friend-center is pretty good, but it really bad if you are really center your life on it. As sean covey put it "Make as many friends as you can but don't build yourlife on them."
Boyfriend/girlfriend-center is also a big thing in our life. Most of you has already had a boyfriend or girldfriend and even more, just kidding, and you know how important it is. Love is beautiful, great, fantastic, and much more. In contrast, as I said if you are spending too much time on it, there will be a trouble. Remember! the more you center your life on your partner, the more you are unattractive to that person. You will not want to have a girldfriend or boyfriend who always end up with you all the time. You need time for yourself, your family, your study and your work too. Am I right?

Adapted from General tips to overcome an interview
By: PUNIT SINGH
The picture was taken from Centre for teaching excellence
1. Know yourself:
It is very important to know ourself clearly before get into the interview. By knowing our strength and weakness, we will gain self-confidence to talk with enthucism, we know what to talk and what not to talk.So find out what we are good at and what we are not comfortable with.
We are not only talk about technical skills, but also non technical skills. Learn more about yourself by list down at least 3 strong points and 3 weak points. Don't forget to give detail about each points. It will prove more effective then just saying "I am good at managment skills, without providing any proofs." As compared to strength, we can take this chance to insert our weakness in such a positive manner. For example:
"I think i am good at hematology because I have used hematology machine and do hematology tests for almost one year with capable of analyze and interpret the result effectively. However, I still need more learning
about the marchin process as well as the programme."
1. Know the organization:
Get the information as much as posible from the organaization you are applying for. The best source for you to look for is internet. You can find through the organization's website and if possible you can even call the information center of that organization for futhur informaiton that you think you have to know.
By knowing some usefull information, can help you duing the interview to make the interviwer think in mind that you are really interested in the organization. The other thing is that you have to find out what the organization is looking for from you. Findout the organization's requirement and then you know what you should do next.
3. Some common question that can be asked:
During the interview process, the interviewer may ask you lots of questions and some questions are very common such as:
i). Tell me about yourself:
Started from your informaion background and give a brief explanation about your previous experience, but talk more about your role in the current position.
ii). Why do you want this position?
Telling the truth is a good way. showing your positive personal opinions toward the organization and the position.
iii). How much do you want?
Mention about your previous salary is much better than saying the amount of money you want. You are not supposed to bargan with the interviewer at the interview time. By telling your previous salary, the interviewer is clever enough to judge how much money is appropreated. Of course, don't forget to emphasize that the opportunities is the most important consideration.
4. Question to ask back:
You are not supposed to sit and answer all the quesitons duing the interview process, but you can have a chance to ask back. It is usually at the end of the interview. The interviewer may say "Okay, I have asked
you alot of questions and now do you have any questions?" It's time to ask something you want to know. Hence, you have to be ready for some specific questions. Note: Never ask about salary, vocations, or other
benefits.
Hope you can use this tips for you interview and success!

The Starfish Story-Let's make a difference
The story by: Loren Eiseley
The star thrower, 1979
A man was walking down the beach at sunset. As, he walked along,
he saw another man in the distance. He noticed this man kept leaning
down, picking up something and throwing it out into the water, again
and again. As, he approached even closer, he noticed that the man
was picking up starfish that had been washed up on the beach. He
was throwing them back into the water, one by one.
Puzzled, he approached the man and said,
"Good Evening. I was wondering what you are doing."
"I'm throwing these starfish back into the ocean. You see, it's low tide
and all these starfish have been washed up onto the shore. If, I don't
throw them back into the ocean, they'll die up here from lack of
oxygen."
"But, there must be thousands of starfish on this beach. You can't
possible get to all of them. And, don't you realize this is probably
happening on hundreds of beaches all up and down this coast. Can't
you see that you can't possibly make a difference?"
The man bent down and picked up yet another starfish, and threw it
back into the ocean. With a smile he replied, "Made a difference to
that one !!!"

it really does makes a difference.
Make a difference today.
Do something nice for someone else,
even if it's just sending this story to a friend and
letting them know somebody cares about them.
