Begin with the end in mind means you have a clear goal or purpose in what you are doing. You brainstorm before you write, you know where you want to go before you get in the car. That's part of life and these are things you do everyday and maybe you don't even noticed. When you begin with the end in mind, you get focus further to your future and it makes you think about what going to take to get there, what you need to do to get success.
Let's imagine who you want to be, where you want to be and who you want to be with. Then try to see the whole picture of you dream life and think what it's going to take to get there, what you need to do and what you need to change. By doing like this you will find all of the ideas and those ideas are something like steps to your goal. That's how you begin with the end in mind.
This blog is dedicated to those who like reading book. No matter what kind of purpose. It can be self development, motivation, inspiration, business, or certain skills.

Self-Awareness
Have you ever stand apart from yourself and observe your thoughts and actions? Have you ever taken time to think about what constantly happening in your life? What are you doing? and how it may affect your relationship?
Sometimes, life is moving so fast without noticed and we haven't controlled or making a good decision on what we were doing. That's why we need to push a pause bottom on out life and think. But how can we push our life to stay still for a few second and take this time to think? You know we are lucky that we have a special tool that we were born with and it's called self-awareness. With this tool, we can stand apart from ourselves and evaluate our actions and thoughts. We can used this tool to criticize ourselves and make a better decision.
Let me share you a story of mine that I have gone through for the last few weeks to illustrate how this tool work:
There was a girl who is very attractive to me. She was polite and kind. She is not so pretty but I like her attitudes, and her characters. Once I got her phone numbers, I started to contact her. At first, it went smoothly as I hope. Soon I show my feeling to her that I love her, she started to change her attitudes. She wouldn't reply my sms and even answer my calls. I stared to feel pretty bad and fool. Later on I noticed that there are a lot of guys going for her and maybe I am not good enough to compete with them. For almost one week without any reply on phone and even talk on face to face, I started to think about what going on now. I asked myself "What am I doing? Am I supposed to spend more time fooling around though she show no interested? Why can't I do anything but thinking about her? Look at you why you are so dump lazy and procrastinating? Then I answered maybe because of my bad mood? Or I can say because of my broken heart? Oh... it really is! It effected every thing on me. My relationship at work place and even myself seems to be getting worse. I shouldn't keep doing like this any more I gonna do something now"
You see what am I doing? I push myself for a second and standing apart from myself and thinking, evaluating and measuring about my actions. This is called self-awareness. By using my self-awareness, I can recognize that I was allowing my bad mood because of my relationship with her to affect my good relationship with my friends and even affect my personalities.

Listen to Your Languages
Every people including me and you also, i think, always think that we are a good person, we are a proactive and not a reactive person. But how can we know whether it is true or not?
There is the best way to find out about yourself whether you are a proactive or reactive person. Start by listen to your daily language you speak and your gesture you use. It can show you what type of person you are.
Reactive person are usually not take responsibility for their action and always use this type of languages: That's me, that's just the way i am, I can't, there is nothing i can do, you ruined my day, etc.
However, proactive people are those who take responsibility for their action, they are not easily offended. They always find a way to make it happen not just wait for it to happen. They think before they act and focus on things they can control and do not worry about what they can't.
