Almost everyone, including me, has something they would change about therir image. For example, I would change my weigh and you would change your nose and other people would change their height. Of course, many people are worry about how others "see" them. These concerns are often go with our feeling for a long time and it can be causing problems when they stay deep enough.
I remember everytime i talked on phone with Srey Nine, sharing information about our friends, catching up all the news, who was dating who and so on, and she always started by asking me "How are you? How do you look like now? and Do you gain weigh?" These are some questions related to self image and I really appreciated her conern.
I remember when i was young i wished if i could only has his hair style or his heigh i would be very happy. And this wished can not help me.
Anyway, there are lots of advice about body image like: eating healthy, getting exercise, and learning to love yourself are the best and esy ways to help you solve the problem.
At this point you may shoot to me and say " Come on! Kuong it's not gonna be as easy as you said." and i would not argue with you now. But remember, We cannot control what happen to us, but we can control what we should do about it.
