There was one guy coming from Germany to Cambodia for vocation. This afternoon he went to Angkor Hospital for Children in order to make a difference in Siem Reap. He told me that he like Cambodian, he added that Cambodian people are very friendly and polite so he want to give his pure blood to the Cambodian children.I feel very happy to hear this word. I asked him how many times have you donated blood? He said he have donated blood for more then 30 times and he will continues to give more. Then he asked me " Do you give blood?" I got stuck! don't know what to respond coz I never do it. After push a few second I told him the truth that I never give blood before, but I am going to give soon. He smiled at me and say " Are you married?" I say " No" then he continues " If you are married or a teacher how can you teach your student if you don't give them the example. You have to give the Cambodian people this example so that they will follow you. Promise me you will give blood this year!". I feel very ashamed and respond " Yes, I promise I will do it this year."
hello, I am coming to Siem Reap for a holiday next Tuesday. Can you tell me if it is really important to take an anti-malaria medicine beforehand? Considering the type of the mosquitoes which anti-malaria will be appropriate and what about the dosage, particularly for my 8 year old son? I'm from Indonesia, so we also have areas of epidemic, some are within low infectious level. Thank you and will appreciate your comments a lot. :) from:Triya
ReplyDeleteTaking anti-malaria medicine is the best choice to prevent from malaria. I would like to tell you that if have a plan to go deep into forest you must take medicine. But if you just want to go to the town or seeing the temples you don't need to take. About information about medication you can obtain it when you buy it. It is simple and easy to follow. Don't hesitate to contact me if you want to know more about Cambodia. God bless you.
